@mostly4moderate I …
@mostly4moderate I take no offense. $48k is more than I’ve ever earned in a year.

@Obamination2001 …
@Obamination2001 You and I are in agreement on the payment issue, it should never be skipped. Sorry, but I consider 48k/annum to be a substantial income, certainly not in the broke category. They may feel the pinch, but if we look around us, there are many who were evicted on the spot when their jobs, live savings and stocks became worthless. Pardon me if I was testy.

@mostly4moderate If …
@mostly4moderate If that person was used too $96k a year, of course they would consider themselves broke. They aren’t bankrupt but they would be seriously hurtin’. They would have to make some extreme changes to order to downsize their lifestyle. There are places in this nation were $48k would be considered low middle class.
I’m having trouble understanding your next point. Are you saying that people should skip payments? I disagree with that, if that is what you are saying.

@Obamination2001 If …
@Obamination2001 If a person making $48,000 annually thinks they are “broke” then they are on a steady diet of hallucinogens. Anyone in a $4,000 mortgage has the means to MOVE OUT if they skip on payments. If you subscribe to this sort of nonsense, you are dangerously spoiled and have the worst case of “entitlement” mentality I’ve recently witnessed. I would be a king, if I had that sort of income.

@mostly4moderate …
@mostly4moderate $4k a month is $48k a year before taxes. If a double income family with two $48K jobs and lost one of those incomes, you don’t think they would be hurting finanicially? Maybe even consider themselves broke?Just listen to what else he said, .”… and your house payment is $4k a month…”
Dave Ramsey is right here on this planet. Where are you?
