I live in a Toll …
I live in a Toll Brothers-built luxury townhouse neighborhood in Buckingham, Pennsylvania, and there are a couple foreclosed properties. They are not damaged, but they are priced so low that they ruin the property values in this high-end neighborhood.
One such home is a roughly 2,000 square foot, 3 bedroom townhome that had a selling of nearly $400,000. Like I said, it is not damaged and in decent shape, but it is now offered at just a little over $300,000. It is insane.
